  • What are your payment terms?
    A 50% deposit is required with the balance due on receipt/pick-up. On custom vinyl/transfer orders, payment in full is required when the order is placed.
  • What type of payments do you accept?
    PayPal (for online orders ONLY), School Purchase Orders, School and Business Checks, Personal Checks, and Cash
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    We try to keep our prices as low as possible. We do offer price breaks based on quantity ordered.
  • Do you have a minimum order?
    Screen printing and transfers have a minimum of 12 pieces. Any order that cannot be screen printed, can possibly be done using high quality custom cut vinyl or an iron-on transfer. Vinyl does not have a minimum requirement.
  • Do you print on customer supplied apparel?
    Yes, we will print or embroider on new items supplied by the customer. We are not responsible for replacement/reimbursement should customer supplied items become damaged in the printing or embroidery process. We will not print or embroider previously worn or otherwise soiled garments. Customer supplied items are subject to a service fee.
  • What type of shirts do you print on?
    We offer a wide variety of apparel and accessories that can be screen printed or embroidered to meet your needs. For a basic T-shirt, we typically print on Port Authority or Gildan brand T-shirts. They are good quality shirts available at reasonable prices. We also get a lot of requests for American Apparel, Alternative Apparel, and organic shirts. These and many more are available. See our online catalog or stop in.
  • Do you offer design services?
    Yes. There is a $50/hour charge. You will be billed in 30 minute increments and we will let you know in advance the approximate price for your project. As per our payment terms, 50% of the estimated balance is due before we start on your project.
  • What type of things can be decorated?
    Almost anything you can think of; T-shirts, pants, shoes, bags, blankets, glasses, mugs, the possibilities are endless.
  • Do you ship the finished product?
    You can either arrange for pick up from our location or we can ship via USPS or UPS. Pricing is based on weight and package size.
