Screen Printing / Sublimation
Screen printing is most cost effective with larger orders and has a minimum of 12 pieces per artwork. A design with up to 10 colors can be printed.
Pricing for screen printing is done by the number of colors and volume for the same artwork, so you can mix and match item colors and styles as long as the artwork remains consistent.
Heat Transfer is another process that utilizes the same art principles as silk-screening and heat press. Your logo or design is printed onto transfer paper and then ink is thermally transferred from the paper to your fabric using heat and pressure.
Up to 4 colors can be used in this process.
Sublimation is the process of printing onto a special paper, and then transferring that image onto an object. The ink is heated until it fuses into the corresponding material it is being printed on.
